SPANISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COLLECTION SPECIALIST

Job Description

You would be responsible for:

  • Answering customer queries and complaints via email
  • Contacting customers to acquire feedback and use soft collection practices
  • Handling debt recovery requests and processes with our partners and 3rd parties
  • Troubleshooting errors or bugs and escalating borrower issue trends along with possible solutions
  • Translations and proofreading
  • Creating and updating process guides and email templates
  • Working closely with other teams to assure high customer satisfaction and successful business practices

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1)
  • Ability to take ownership, negotiate and be proactive
  • Readiness to learn and openness to new challenges
  • The skillset of orientation to details and making decisions based on data
  • Readiness to work individually and fully remote in a fast-paced company
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of performance by meeting goals
  • Previous experience in finance/ debt recovery and customer support
