Business Continuity and ICT Risk Analyst

We are looking for Information Security and Cyber Risk Control Analyst to join our Baltic Operational Risk Management team to ensure high quality of information security and cyber risk management processes in line with the internal and external regulations.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform cyber risk management due diligence
- Ensure that information security and cyber risks are properly identified, assessed, reported and managed
- Manage Business Continuity Framework, including Business Impact Assessment, and facilitation of Business Continuity Plans' testing​
- Oversee implementation of Information Security requirements in Outsourcing contracts
- Prepare, review and update internal regulations, reports and other documentation
- Facilitate and participate in risk assessments as Information Security and Cyber Risk expert
- Manage Operational Risk incidents and monitor Key Risk Indicators

- 1 - 3 years professional experience in related area
- Higher education degree in Information Security, Cyber Risk, IT, Operational risk, Security or related topic
- Well-articulated Estonian and English language skills (writing, speaking, listening)
- Strong MS Excel, Power Point user with presentation skills, as well as attention to details
- High work ethics, “can-do” attitude, analytical thinking and initiative
- Willingness to get tasks done in time and with good quality
- Ability to understand and interpret regulatory requirements in Information Security and Cyber risk area
- Understanding of banking processes and ability to think out-of-the-box will be a plus
