Job Description

  • Design, development and implementation of NPI related production processes and tools for manual, wave and selective soldering, BGA repair, PCB conformal and nano coating, glueing and final assembly processes
  • Analysis of critical issues in order to improve production process performance
  • Preparation of production process related documentation and work instructions
  • Participation in trainings of production key persons during proto builds and NPI activities
  • Mass production support in agreed area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Higher education in field of electronics or mechanics engineering or other technical education related to manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment functionality and technical documentation
  • Previous experience using 3D design software (Free CAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Language skills: good English both in spoken and written, Russian on communication level
  • Knowledge of quality tools (PFMEA, Capability Analysis)
