This role includes three responsibility areas: Payroll, general HR tasks as well as Admin tasks for our Digital Sales Centre. As HR Specialist you will be managing our payroll processes for KONE units in Estonia, which includes preparing payroll data, calculation & payment. You will be responsible for general HR tasks such as HR communication and employment related reporting internally and externally to authorities as required. You will be a HR support for our employees throughout their KONE journey. You will ensure we have harmonized practices and processes between units in Estonia and that all the possible changes in employment law are being implemented. The admin tasks mean basically a role as a heart of our multinational Digital Sales Centre. You will be taking care that our office is homely by maintaining communication with needed stakeholders that take care of our office as well as ordering supplies (coffee, etc.) when needed.
