IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the business units who are working with various IT systems - transport management system, warehouse management system and supportive applications.

Your main tasks include:

• Working as 1st level support, resolving of user’s incidents, information requests, service requests.
• Participation in demand management process and demands realizations.
• Adjusting configurations of our primary Business IT systems accordingly with business demands.
• Taking part in testing of changes (internal testing, UAT).
• Taking part and leading of IT projects.
• Preparing of change/development requests to regional/global IT support teams.

• Practical experience with IT support.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and programming languages.
• Knowledge of transport and logistics business would be a big advantage.
• Experience with preparation of user documentation (manuals, process descriptions).
• Fluent Estonian, Fluent English.
• Basic AS400 knowledge would be advantage.
