  • Learn new details about Oracle HR and Payroll systems’ lifecycle;
  • Solve customers’ technical problems and improve the system quality together with analysts and developers;
  • Work alongside with Baltic HR and Payroll business units and help them to deliver high quality service to Swedbank’s employees;
  • Be part of learning and developing new HR and Payroll related IT systems in Swedbank Group level;
  • Contribute to release preparations;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business or a great reason for not having one;
  • Demonstrated interest in IT systems’ maintenance;
  • Having a customer centric and solution oriented mindset;
  • Ability to act as a middleman between business users and agile team;
  • Work as a team player with continuous improvement mindset;
  • Cope with stressful situations where time is critical and multi-tasking is inevitable;
  • Experience in working with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle HCM Cloud system is an advantage;
  • Knowledge about HR processes is an advantage.
