Ocean and Rail LCL CSR

We are looking for a new colleague to our Ocean/Air/Rail department in Tallinn.

Together with rest of the team and our company you will play an important role to operate and develop our traffics and relationships with customers, partners, contractors, and suppliers. You will plan and carry out the best transport solution for customers and agents' preferences and needs.

Your responsibilities include, among others, handling LCL shipments for Ocean and Rail, handling assignments and requests, negotiations and relationship development with potential and new customers, billing, pricing as well as helping to create business opportunities in existing and new customers.

You work in close cooperation with sales and other departments.

We expect experience within Ocean and Rail Freight Forwarding (2-3 years).

You have a strong ability to find solutions, take initiative to drive and develop new business and relationships. The role requires good interpersonal skills when it involves many internal and external contacts. The position requires good knowledge of English, Estonian and Russian, both orally and in writing. Being experienced IT user is advantage.
