Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead to join Bisnode Estonia. The perfect candidate is eager to build a strong data team by providing guidance and support to each member of the team. He or she is also passionate about the possibilities of Smart Data and wants to be a part of shaping today's most exciting industry.

Key areas of responsibility

• Creating and inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Suggesting and organizing team building activities
• Providing encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training and uplift competences
• Ensuring an efficient resource allocation
• Assisting Data Lead Manager with hiring processes and new team member training
• Process mapping of current data production
• Active contributor in data related projects

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Estonian, both oral and written
• One year of experience as a team leader
• Forward looking, flexible team player with excellent communicative skills
• Experienced in training employees
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Genuine interest for Data, Tech and agile way of working
• Analytical and creative mindset
• Consistent and reliable

Basic understanding of SQL is meritorious.
