Identify expansion opportunities and follow through them, towards establishing new partnerships in new markets
Collaborate with Bolt’s Management team to help shape Franchise team’s overall strategic objectives and develop plans to achieve them
Build, lead and develop a team with an outstanding performance and role model representation of Bolt’s culture and our company values
Develop and implement high impact and cost-effective lead generation strategy to drive new franchise sales and manage a comprehensive franchise sales process
Get directly involved with generating large corporate leads and convert them into Bolt Franchise owners
Oversee and negotiate agreement renewals and modifications of agreements
Be directly involved with key partners to accelerate growth of their business and their overall satisfaction
Participate in P&L goal setting and deliver budgeted top and bottom line results
Orchestrate excellent collaboration of your team with other departments within Bolt, to share solutions, know-how and use all available resources effectively.
Have 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Strategic Sales or international Franchise Development
Proven capability to lead and deliver significant results fast, through large-scale franchise deals and partnerships
Great communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relations with internal stakeholders in a diverse and entrepreneurial environment
Have a constructive, rational mindset and excel in independent problem solving
Relentless drive to achieve results, strong-willed, motivating and cool under pressure
Must be willing to travel
Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company
Experience in product launches or running a business
