Regional High Priority Manager

Operational Excellence - Ensure that the safety of our customers is handled as a highest priority and that your teams deliver a best-in-class experience across all of our product lines.

Process Optimisation - Identify and analyse trends to continuously improve our processes and operational structure, striving for efficiency and optimisation whilst maintaining excellent levels of service.

As a key link between our Operations, Compliance, Customer Support and Product Teams, you will be responsible for managing healthy lines of communicationand effective relationships that support the development of our strategic safety objectives.

Experience in managing high performing teams, particularly in the fields of safety and/or risk management

Proven track record in successful delivery of cross-functional projects

An analytical mindset to identify complex problems and turn them into actionable solutions

A skilled communicator with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels

Excellent communication & written skills in English
