 Junior & Senior Administrative and Protective Support (security)

CORE TASKS FOR JUNIOR:

  • Handle and review site access accreditation requests
  • Monitor and process messages sent to the functional email boxes
  • Run reports and handle special projects as assigned
  • Manage the administration, interface and documentation for the Security Officers network (SON) and other working groups identified by the eu-LISA Security Officers
  • Support the management and administration of the physical security contracts and financial processes
  • Support the implementation of the eu-LISA`s external and internal projects, events and outreach activities

CORE TASKS FOR SENIOR

  • Support the drafting of tender specifications (design, assess and implementation of the physical security systems)
  • Provide support during security incident analysis or risk assessments
  • Coordinate the flow of work with staff members from Security unit and/or other eu-LISA department
  • Monitor strategy papers and other pertinent documents of EU institutions and perform the media-monitoring and ad hoc thematic reviews relevant to the security
  • Deliver an overview of the physical security, protective security and business continuity landscape of the EU institutions, agencies and bodies
  • Assist on improving the structure and efficiency of eu-LISA security framework
  • Draft analysis, briefings, assessments, reports and other supporting documents as well as policies and strategies to be presented to the Security Unit and the key stakeholders identified by Security

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State
  • Completed university (at least 3 years) attested by a diploma
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience, 4 years in case of junior position
  • Fluency in English, Estonian is considered an asset
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism, following the management instructions
