Job Description

YOUR ROLE

The position as Trade Marketing Manager is a new role and the main purpose of the position is to work in a close cooperation with sales and our customers to create great campaigns for our doors and thus maximize the return of the marketing contributions. You will be responsible for the budget allocated to the area and all activities that relate to trade marketing across JELD-WEN’s brands in the Baltics.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

· Create a marketing plan and execute it across the local markets

· Drive brand awareness in various online/offline channels

· Create marketing activity plans with sales and customers and follow-up on performance

· Coordinate development and delivery of marketing materials and content · Create and distribute newsletters

· Work closely with local PR agency

· Update local websites and Digital Asset Management solutions

· Coordinate development of material for customers’ websites, online platforms and web shops

· Coordinate development of ads, presentations and graphical material for customers

· Coordinate development and maintenance of brochures and catalogues · Participate in monthly Trade Marketing team meetings

· Participate in internal meetings with Sales, Product Management and wider Marketing team

· Participate in external meetings with customers and suppliers

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

You hold a university degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent and have approx. 5-7 years of work experience within B2B marketing and sales. Experience from work with digital marketing and retail in an international environment is a merit. You are highly skilled and comfortable at communicating, you speak and write English unhindered. You are also able to manage the Adobe Package on a practical level (Photoshop, InDesign) and you can handle all the MS Office programs.

The position is full-time and based in Tallinn, Estonia. You report to our Head of Trade Marketing Europe (based in Denmark) and you will be part of a team of 10 people located across Europe. You are also in a close working relationship with the local sales teams, the product management team and our customers to support them in the best possible way. You need to have a private situation that allows you to travel on a regular basis.
