Job Description

  • Carrying out operational works on the content of the sales department (Marketplace);
  • Working with internal systems (entering information into the system, refunds);
  • Working with Paysera (bank permits, deposits);
  • Tracking/filtering of delayed shipments;
  • Responding to requests and communicating on various issues with LV,EE,LT sellers of the sales department (Marketplace);
  • Solving problematic issues by providing suggestions to the direct manager for problem disposal.

Requirements

  • High or higher education;
  • Work experience in commerce/customer service/call centers;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Interest in online advertising;
  • Result orientation;

Personal qualities - initiativity, communicability, accuracy, responsibility.
