UX / UI Designer

We want you to be a part of our global success as our first in-house UX/UI Designer.

The opportunity:
We are looking to hire an exceptional UI/UX Designer to join our team and help drive the design and visual direction of our products and services. We want to make great user experience the key ingredient in our mission to expand Fitlap all over the world and you’ll be integral to our success.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering team on new product launches, designing new functionalities
• Design UI and UX for desktop and mobile devices
• Incorporate user research into everything we do, and involve the wider team
• Engage in creating test and learning cycles to optimise conversion and customer satisfaction
• Work within a flat organisational structure giving you the opportunity to work closely with the management team and all areas of the business on key projects
• Support the UX and design needs of Fitlap as the team and customer base grow by ensuring we have the capabilities to match our ambitions

You’re most likely to succeed, when you have:

• Demonstrated experience in building web and mobile projects
• Worked across the UX discipline — from research, wireframing and prototyping to usability testing
• Experience in collaborating with engineers
• Great teamwork skills and approachable and friendly manner
• Been using modern UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, remote user testing, etc
• A talent for making complex things simple
• No problems with taking ownership and working autonomously
• Passion for healthy food and/or cooking ????
