Job Description

The DPO will be responsible for Finland, Denmark and Baltic countries compliance and report to the Head of Commercial Management and the Board. DPO responsibilities include advising on our compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, monitoring our adherence to GDPR standards and acting as a point of contact with supervisory authorities, internal teams and data subjects.
Your responsibilities:
• Inform and advise the Company and our personnel of our obligations to comply with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws;
• Monitor the Company’s compliance with the Law and with any other applicable policies in relation to the protection of personal data, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising and conducting internal audits;
• Support and work with Global functions in the roll out of ManpowerGroup wide training on data privacy and related information security programmes;
• Advise on data protection impact assessments (potentially also including Norway and Sweden);
• Act as point of contact with supervisory authorities, internal teams and data subjects;
• To liaise with Global and regional leadership in relation to compliance with Law, to review Global policies, and to assist in the developing and monitoring of local procedures to implement those policies;
• Keep up-to-date the Company’s record of processing;
• Keep up-to-date your expert knowledge of the GDPR;
• Provide an annual report for country leadership.

Requirements

We expect from you:
• Very good verbal and written English;
• Independency, very good communication skills;
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR;
• Ability to conduct audits;
• Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial and report all noncompliances.
