Customer support officer

- Assure customer satisfaction;
- Communication with customers, including weekly meetings;
- Provide effective and on-time handling of customer orders;
- Coordinate information exchange related to the customer order changes and other order or forecast connected questions;
- Register customer claims and handle with care activities;
- Update necessary data in Monitor (ERP system);
- Analyze production possibilities

- Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Production or Planning;
- Higher education;
- Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Good computer skills, experience with ERP is a plus;
- Good cooperation and communication skills;
- Ability to express yourself in proper English and to understand English in business situations;
- Good command in Russian language.
