Job Description

  • Oversee operations in South/Central Europe as designated by LIIGU and ensure successful and efficient Ninja operations
  • Handle tasks assigned by the department responsible for fleet maintenance, including resolving technical issues and breakdowns.
  • Check the work performed by Ninjas and provide necessary instructions for improvement
  • Conduct on-the-spot training for newcomers to the Ninja team
  • Be prepared to perform standard Ninja tasks as needed
  • Keep track of ninja working hours and ensure compliance with LIIGU's guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in the car rental industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
