Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Tallink Grupp operates Tallink, Silja Line, Tallink Hotels and other well-known brands to serve our customers on the Baltic sea and onshore around the sea. In addition to our home markets of Scandinavia, the Baltics and Russia, we serve increasingly more global customers, especially from Asia and the USA. We have offices in 6 European countries. Online we provide our services in 16 languages. We serve almost 10M passenger annually with ca EUR 980M in revenues and have more than 7,000 employees. In Duty Free sales Tallink ranks globally in 12th position right after Frankfurt airport and we are extending our sales via the Tallink e-shop globally.

We are looking for a successfully experienced digital analytics and marketing professional to lead Tallink’s group-wide customer- and digital analytics business development. Based on our digital sales and marketing ambitions the group intends to invest heavily into digitalisation in the years to come. E.g. we have recently integrated the Adobe Marketing Automation tools into our customers digital journey. You`ll be one of the key team members to lead Tallink’s group-wide sales and marketing innovation, leading to even happier customers. We assume that in addition to having visionary and strategic leadership skills, you also like to work hands-on with data yourself.

What you`ll be doing:

* Creating a group-wide “Data First” strategy on how to utilise and develop the data collected from all markets and business unit customers in different channels, blended with external “Big Data” to:
* offer the best customers experience (CX);
* find new business opportunities and maximise operational excellence;
* Working hands-on with data analytical tools to connect data sources, interpret data, analyse results, use and improve analytical techniques, improve data quality and create new data visualisations- and reports for decision making, etc;
* Leading the group’s customer and digital analysts team;
* Coordinating the countries’ business unit analytical activities (best practices, common metrics, dashboards creation);
* Being the business owner of group-wide business and technology development projects;
* Selecting the necessary external partners and coordinating their work;
* Planning and managing group-wide customer and digital analytics operational costs and investments.

Requirements

What you would bring to the table:

* You love data, have strong analytical skills and data-driven business thinking;
* You have at least 3 years hands-on experience with using digital analytics tools (e.g. GA, Adobe Analytics) and dealing with large volumes of data:
* You have experience in successfully implementing e-commerce - and digital marketing analytics (including marketing automation, attribution modelling, A-B testing, FB-, Google services, etc);
* You have experience in successfully implementing big technological projects in business;
* You have experience in leading successful teams, preferably in international organisations;
* You have a strong focus on teamwork and excellent oral and written communication skills;
* You are familiar with AI, machine learning best practices;
* You have at least BA in IT, Marketing or a related field;
* You are fluent in English.
