LEGAL ASSISTANT/ JUNIOR LAWER OF CORPORATE AND CONTRACT DATA BASE

Main tasks:
- Working with the members of the legal department, other
business functions in the company (commercial, business
development, R&D, Operations) and IT to further develop the
existing contract database;
- management of the database and access permissions, training of
database users;
- development of corporate governance database;
- filing documentation, responsible for physical storage of original
contracts and other corporate governance related documentation;
- assisting with the population of data rooms in divestment
activities;
- assisting with the implementation of department policies.

What we expect from you?
Higher legal education and at least three years of relevant
working experience. We are searching for a person who has strong
IT skills, including strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel), good
communication and project management skills. You should be
highly motivated and possess a strong sense of responsibility,
reliability and integrity. Excellent English is required, additional
German, Russian or Spanish language skills are a strong
advantage. Willingness to travel to Switzerland is required.
