Finnish/Swedish Customer Support

As a client support specialists your job is to provide relevant help to computer users via phone and e-mail. There are provided guides to help you get the best solution for the problem.
When the problem is too specific your job is to communicate it to a specialist.

We are looking for people with fluent Finnish or Swedish skills. Fluent English is a must in this position as well. You are an experienced computer user who ​has previous working experience or education in IT support area.
​You have solution oriented mindset and ability to prioritize your tasks.
​You are a good listener with a positive attitude.
