Puratos Estonia is a part of Baltic Cluster organization and provides B2B sales and technical advisory services.
In order to further strengthen Puratos Estonia business, we are currently seeking an:
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
The main work tasks are communication with customers and partners of Estonia and Finland, pan-European information exchange with suppliers, coordination of order confirmations and loadings, organization of freight transport, warehouse management, brokerage of customer orders to logistics partners, preparation of invoices and reports, organization of meetings and seminars.

- Proven experience as a coordinator (customer service, logistics)
- Excellent command of Estonian, Russian and English
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT), SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills, accuracy, customer orientation
