Financial Controller for Baltic States

The Financial Controller is the main contact for the business (Sales & Marketing/ Customer Service (CS) / Supply Chain (SC)) in the National Sales Organization (NSO) for financial analysis. He/she is supporting the decision making of the business through financial analysis.
Reports to Market Manager Baltic States / Poland & Baltics Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate insight and information to the business
• Financial planning, budgeting, projections and forecasting processes
• Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian accounting supervising
• Reporting, consolidation, analysis, presentations and reviews, financial modeling and scorecards
• Credit control
• Cash flow forecast
• Compliance with local statutory / corporate reporting requirements, standards and GAAP
• Responsible for overall correctness of P&L and Balance Sheet Overseeing period close process and reporting (e.g. statutory, corporate etc)

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years finance / accounting experience and expertise
• Professional Accounting qualification (CPA etc.)
• Ability to review, understand and interpret financial data
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS accounting standards
• Excellent end to end process knowledge
• Excellent SAP knowledge and previous experience in FI/CO modules
• Excellent English and Estonian language skills
• Flexibility, self confidence and integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under time pressures
