Risk Manager

The position is responsible for the implementation of effective risk management system and performance of risk management function in Compensa Life (risk management function holder).

Main responsibilities of the job:
• Assisting the company in the effective operation of the risk management system
• Monitoring the risk management system and the general risk profile of the company
• Detailed reporting on risk exposures
• Advising the company on risk management matters, identifying and assessing emerging risks
• Performing the regular and ad-hoc ORSA
• Development of risk management policies and procedures
• Development of internal control policies and procedures
• Business contingency planning and testing, development of business contingency procedures
• Training and information to the organization
• All other tasks and responsibilities of risk management function under Solvency II regulation

The job involves some travelling.

As a successful candidate you:
• have a degree in economics, finance, mathematics or similar subjects
• have more than 5 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an international company
• have strong quantitative and analytical skills
• have a very good command of Estonian and English, both spoken and written
• are „fit and proper“ according to Solvency II regulation
