Internal IT Administrator

THE BRIEF
As an Internal IT administrator, your main responsibility is to make sure that all our internal hardware, software, services
and systems are running smoothly. You will be out go-to person for everything regarding internal IT and typical issues that
you will be addressing range from everything like office wifi performance, printer setups and installation of new laptops to
configuration of google apps, dropbox optimization and gooddata integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Internal IT infrastructure management
- Ensure performance of office network
- Manage security of office network
• Internal user management
- Create and manage new accounts for new employees
- Delete/disable employee accounts
• Internal services management and support
- Resetting/changing passwords
- Dropbox
- Google Apps Calendar, Email etc
- Bitbucket, JIRA & Confluence
- HipChat & Yammer
- Gotomeeting, Google Hangouts, Skype
- GoodData, Zendesk, Pipedrive, Pandadoc
And more…
• Internal hardware management and support
- Printer installation and maintenance
- General computer and device hardware support - Manage our testing PCs and device lab
• Internal software management and support
- Manage company, group and individual software licenses
- Setup new computers, accounts etc for new employees

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• You have at least high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus
• You have some years of work experience within IT administration, preferably on enterprise level
• You have a broad technical interest and good understanding of IT systems
• You know the Apple/Mac ecosystem well
• You have strong communication skills
• Your English is fluent, both spoken and written
• Good at problem solving
• Good at planning, prioritizing and multitasking
• You have knowledge about Atlassian products such as JIRA and/or Confluence
