Accept a new challenge and join Playtech Infrastructure Unit in Tartu as a CHANGE LEAD!
The Infrastructure Unit is the central provider of state-of-the-art IT infrastructure platform services to Playtech’s licensees. Our customers can trust us with running the IT infrastructure of their gaming environments so they can focus on running their business. The Infrastructure Business Services team is making sure that all operational projects and changes on top of the platform are handled daily to keep the services – and the business – running.
How your days will look like
• Prepare for the unexpected, as every day brings something new and interesting, the work environment in Playtech is changing and challenging.
• To understand the background and to plan the Changes right, you have a lot of communication to do, both internally and externally, both written and oral in English.
• You will need to plan carefully before executing any changes, just like ITIL has taught us about Change Management.
• You have the opportunity to lead various operational projects, some can be quick and standard and last only a couple of days but some can be more tricky and can take up to several months.
• You will become a multitasking master.
