Junior IT Infrastructure Solutions Consultant

Your duties will include:
• To take part in project realization of implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure – to check on configurations, installations, compliance testing, to provide clients with training and consultations
• To take part in software asset management (SAM) project realization – to perform inventory of deployed software and relevant documentation
• To take part in writing project documentation
• To conduct research of new products, innovations, technologies and solutions, to evaluate their applicability and to learn using them

We will appreciate if you have:
• University degree, preferably in IT
• Understanding about basic principles of how computer networks work (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge about maintenance, deployment and administration of Microsoft Windows work stations and servers
• Good command of Estonian, English (preferably also Russian)
• Experience with Microsoft corporate solutions (like Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, System Center product group)
• Knowledge about network devices and principles how firewalls work (configuration, deployment, administration)
• Understanding about IT management processes – incident management, rights management, security
• Analytical mind-set and result orientation
• Excellent communication skills
