Technical SEO Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities are:

Supporting the SEO Department with;

• On-site optimization with strong focus on technical SEO

• Monitoring and Analyzing traffic for possible improvements

• Brainstorming, Planning, Executing and following up on traffic acquisition initiatives

• Backlink analysis with focus on Risk Mitigation and possible long-term improvements

• Manage risk of penalization and SE algorithmic filters

• Be updated on latest SEO and Online-marketing trends and be proactive in implementing certain improvements and features to Group websites

• Contribute to the development of best practices within SEO Team

• Knowledge transfer cross markets and products

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience of working hands on with medium-to-large websites preferably in e-commerce, iGaming or similar high-traffic, high-competitive markets - Experience in hands-on technical aspects of SEO such as but not limited to: technical website audit, backlink analysis, implementation of various on-page and site-wide features and fixes - Experience in working with basic 3rd party SEO-tools - Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, feeling comfortable working with high volumes of data - Experience with overall Internet Marketing - Initiative taking and hard working with a strong determination to succeed with focus on quality and delivery - Very good English - Team player Beneficial: • Additional languages (German, French, Italian) • Experience in dealing with websites under Manual penalty or Algorithmic filters (Panda, Penguin, Pay-Day filter, etc) • Familiar with website development (HTML, CSS, Server side, etc)
