Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding rental and all other issues
- Update reservation systems with new reservations
- Supporting addCar locations and online travel agents on addCar related questions
- Dealing with customer payments
- To ensure the website is correct and addCar social media presence is maintained
- To perform other day to day duties

- Fluent English language, knowledge of other languages such as Russian, German, Finnish, Swedish are beneficial
- Good telephone and e-mail manner
- Experience in customer service and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of PC
