We’re inviting experienced HTML5/Javascript Team Leaders to join the team in a role of leadership and technical excellence. The ideal candidate should
have excellent knowledge of the HTM5 technologies and technical leadership experience to lead the design, implementation and constant improvement
efforts.
Responsibilities are to utilize technical and leadership skills to supervise and support the HTML5 development team through the following activities:
• Technical leadership of HTML5 client application development: make architectural and design decisions (using JS, HTML, CSS, XHTML), ensure code
quality etc
• Hands-on design and development of the HTML5 client platform, including real-time streaming technologies
• Manage, lead and supervise the team, mentor and motivate team to ensure their professional development with an emphasis on technical leadership

Requirements
Technical skills:
• Excellent knowledge of web technologies in general – JS, HTML, CSS
• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript, AJAX.
• 2+ years of experience working with CSS3, XHTML (knowledge of LESS is a plus)
• Experience of working with jQuery
• Experience of cross-browser projects development
• Design patterns & OOP knowledge and application
• Data transfer formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
• Experience with creating applications for multiple screen resolutions/sizes
• Experience with automation testing (unit testing)
Beneficial skills:
• Experience of working with Backbone.js, Require.js, Socket.io
• Understanding of video formats, playback, streaming, UI frameworks, and developing for multiple screen sizes.
• Version controlling (SVN,GIT)
• System integration experience (WebServices, SOA)
• Experience in developing and maintaining client-side game engines
• Experience with agile and continuous delivery
Personal skills:
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
• Technical leading with good communication and self-presentation skills
• Creative thinking is an absolute must
• Excellent command of English language (spoken and written)
