* Respond to customer inquiries regarding general and special inquiries, and services
* Inform customer about specific products, policies and processes
* Troubleshoot and resolves customer issues
* Promote relevant customer products
* Identify sales opportunities

* Very good Hebrew and good English skills (verbal/written)
* Very good PC skills
* Excellent communication skills and a high focus on customer satisfaction
* Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
* Strong administration and organization skills

* FULL product trainings starting ASAP
* Nice team and friendly colleagues
* Working in schedules from Sunday till Thursday 10:00am - 18:00pm, Friday and Saturday are off.
