Job Description
A private owner is looking for a Technical Manager or Chief Engineer for care and maintenance of his property located in Cologny (Geneva - Switzerland).
Requirements
- Between 35 and 45 years old
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and French
- At the forefront of the latest techniques and technology
- Having excellent knowledge in ALL the following areas:
heating / air conditioning, wiring and electrical systems, plumbing, telephone & Internet network / Smarthome, premium TV and Hi-Fi equipment, Spa equipment (pool, sauna, hammam, fitness, ...)
- Good presentation
- Flexible with working hours
- Available at all times, discreet and organized
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
