Customers service manager

• Search for the new clients and maintain relations with existing ones;
• Create and maintain customer database, organize the sale process;
• Information gathering and analysis, preparation of sales reports;
• Customers service, solving problems with clients;
• Confirmation and control the orders from clients, putting data into database.

• Higher Education;
• Excellent Estonian language,
• Experience in similar position (the advantage);
• Good English, Russian skills;
• Good communication, planning and organization skills;
• Independent, active, result-oriented;
• Good manners, impeccable appearance;
• Driving license.
