RETAIL ACCOUNT MANAGER (key account manager Estonia)

• Managing sales and marketing programs for selected retail accounts.
• Manage local budget.
• Manage and plan sell thru driven activities.
• Together with Sales Manager Retail plan the business.
• Measure and report on activities and campaign results.
• Reporting to Country Manager in Lithuania.
• Coordinate with the Team to make sure the region meets its requirements.

• Good communication and commercial skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Estonian (Russian);
• Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person .
• Good presentation skills, both verbally and written.
• Sales and target focused.
• Willingness to travel.
• Extensive work experience within the area of Account Management.

The basic salary 1500 EUR (after taxes) and bonuses which depend on sales results can be 500-3000EUR;
