Job Description
Develop Boomerang Distribution OU, Boomerang Cable OU and CoPack OU together with management board and management in each company
- Independently finding and analyzing facts, preparing management board decisions
- Evaluate productivity and quality in daily operation, analyze and suggest improvements.
- Following key performance indicators for client satisfaction, productivity, quality, finance and development.
- Acting as project manager for implementing improvements of processes and quality system.
Responsible for managing tower control of client logistic flow, stock management and suggest optimization of client process according to outsourcing contract.
- Managing supply chain and distribution together with client
- Order of products and material depending on stock level and sales forecast
- Monitoring supply chain of goods supply, custom handling and taxes
- Monitoring distribution, logistic and postal delivery to consumers
- Reporting cash flow, finance and key performance indicators to client.

Requirements
- Academic degree in economics or engineering
- You are able to work independently and flexible
- Ability to find, analyze facts and propose improvements
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation and presentation.
- Experience in working internationally, consulting are beneficial
- Your language skills in English, Estonian and Russian languages are very good
