Job Description

As a part of the support team you are responsible for the customer support and troubleshooting of hardware questions to our customer. Help is provided via phone and e-mail.

Requirements

•Excellent technical computer knowledge: hardware/ software
•At least secondary education, IT education is advantage
•Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English language skills
•Strong customer service focus and communication skills
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•Willingness to work in shifts
