Job Description

The responsibilities of the person hired on this position will include:

• single-handedly, efficiently heading the operations of the office
• providing and coordinating the efficient flow of information between the accounting office and employed airport staff / pilots
• maintaining permanent contact with the pilots and providing them with necessary information, clarifications
• responsibility for maintaining high standards of cooperation with
• regular contact and cooperation with the ARPI Aviation Headquarters in Norway

Requirements

• university diploma (preferred areas HR or Management)
• very good knowledge of English, Finnish and Estonian
• several years of experience on an independent position associated with, both, team and office management
• experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• highly developed interpersonal skills
• cooperative attitude and problem solving skills
• B2B experience will be desirable
