Guest Services & Events Specialist

As a Guest Services & Events Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. Your main duties include:

• Events Requests & Promotions: Handle meeting and events requests, conduct site inspections, and actively promote hotel services, special offers, and the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
• Event Coordination & Guest Services: Collaborate with hotel teams and external suppliers to deliver seamless events and personalized guest service.
• Customer Service: Promptly address guest concerns, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay or event.
• Administrative Support: Ensure accurate invoicing, manage payments, and assist with special guest requests.

• Reservations Administration: Manage bookings across various channels, maintain accurate guest profiles, and ensure timely communication.

Your experience and skills

• Proficiency in Estonian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Skilled in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to adjust working hours based on business needs.
