About the role
As a Senior Product Designer in the Driver team, you'll lead design across a sub-domain 6 taking initiatives from problem framing through to shipped experiences, and setting the bar for craft and usability along the way.
You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to translate driver insight into product decisions, contribute to roadmap and strategy, and raise the quality bar for design across the wider Driver team. Success in the role will include measurable improvements to driver-facing metrics and stronger, more coherent end-to-end experiences.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives across a sub-domain in the Driver team
- Prototype early and validate ideas through testing
- Present clear, structured thinking to senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Raise the quality bar and contribute to our design system
- Balance speed with craft across multiple initiatives
