About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to bring customer delight, great conversion, and quick expansion capability to our Payments team. Youll be in charge of discovery and delivery in the Bolt marketplace ecosystem end-to-end, contributing to its vision, strategy, and execution. You also keep an eye on the budget and KPIs to make sure were hitting our financial and operational goals.
In this role, you be building a roadmap that keeps our teams and partners aligned. You'll be part of a team of Analysts, Ops specialists, and Engineers, working closely with teams across all Bolt business lines, plus Tax, Legal, and other departments to drive success for the Payments platform.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for all things Payments, from development to launch.
- Contribute, align, and deliver both short- and long-term roadmaps for your product, keeping things aligned with the companys goals.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and ops teams to prioritize and deliver the right initiatives.
- Own the commercials, KPIs, and overall success of the Payments platform, making sure it hits its financial and performance targets.
- Keep everyone in the loop by clearly communicating product updates and changes to internal teams and key stakeholders.
