Job Description

We are looking for a Business & Product Analyst to join our team in Autobahn Technologies. In this role, you will act as the bridge between customers, project managers, and developers.

You will help transform customer requirements into clear, detailed, and developer-ready specifications, ensuring that solutions align with both business objectives and the logic of our product.

Your key responsibilities

Analyze customer business needs and existing processes.
Gather and refine requirements in collaboration with project managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare development tasks in a way that enables developers to start implementation without making assumptions.
Ability to understand technical dependencies and limitations when describing development requirements.
Identify business rules, edge cases, and potential risks.
Create user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate how new customer requests fit into the existing product and propose the best solution approaches.
Write program documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Project Managers, and developers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Participate in solution validation and test preparation.

Requirements

What we expect from you

Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and technical thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture.
The ability to understand both business requirements and technical constraints.
Basic technical understanding of software systems and their logic.
Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and documentation.
The ability to ask the right questions and identify missing details.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Very good English, written and spoken.
