As a customer service representative in the mobility department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:

  • Work for one of the fastest-growing food delivery, mobility, car-sharing start-ups in Europe - providing a variety of services across Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America;
  • Respond to customer queries related to food or ride-hailing services, payments, orders, quality of service in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

Important! The department operates 24/7. The schedule is rotating and is prepared according to business needs, so there is no option to choose it individually. This position typically includes evening and weekend shifts, as well as approximately 2–4 night shifts per month. We kindly ask you to assess whether this type of work schedule matches your expectations and availability.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent Finnish language skills (at least C1 level/native);
  • Intermediate English language skills (at least B2 level);
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
