Workplace and HR Administrator

We’re currently looking for a Workplace & HR Administrator who will help keep our office running smoothly while supporting key HR processes. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and likes being the person others can rely on.

GET READY TO:
- Take care of the day-to-day office operations and help create a well-organized, pleasant working environment;
- Manage office supplies, documentation, and general administrative tasks;
- Support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding; 
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, and other documentation;
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., MS Dynamics);
- Assist with HR processes, policies, and ongoing initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Previous experience in a similar Office Manager or HR Administrator role;
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership;
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment;
- Fluent Estonian and English; Russian is a plus;
- Confidence using MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
