Head of Treasury

As Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for strategic management of the Group’s liquidity, funding and capital positions to ensure financial stability, efficient cash flow management and fulfilment of regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in financial planning, investment and funding decisions, while leading a professional treasury team and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions both locally and internationally.

GET READY TO:
- Manage the Bank’s cash flows, liquidity and capital position, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and long-term commitments.
- Supervise asset and liability management process, including leading group ALCO committee.
- Assess and provide recommendations on group investment opportunities, financing sources and financial instruments deployed to execute strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key external partners, including banks, investors and regulators rating agencies.
- Prepare and oversee treasury-related financial reports and management information.
- Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring high professional standards, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in treasury, banking or corporate finance, including complex liquidity and funding topics.
- Proven people management experience and ability to lead and develop professional teams.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, funding structures, investments and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic mindset and ability to make sound financial recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience working with external financial institutions.
- Fluency in English, and in Estonian or Latvian or Lithuanian.
