About the role

We are looking for a professional and hard working General Manager for our boutique luxury hotel in Finnish Lapland, that brings together top-tier service and high-end accommodation. We are looking for a hands-on professional who takes ownership of operations, leads by example and drives the team toward excellent results. Hotel has 16 x Suites in the main buidling and 8 x Glass Igloos next to it. Restaurant with 50 seats which serves breakfast and dinners (by default). Season from 1.9.2026 until 31.3.2027 (7 months).
