To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about financial reporting, accuracy, and continuous improvement of processes, and want to develop within a strong finance function, you may be exactly who we are looking for!

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to CFO
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights on variances and performance trends
• Assist in audit processes and respond to auditor requests
• Maintain and improve reporting systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support regulatory reporting requirements where applicable

• Experience in financial reporting or accounting roles
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel (or similar tools)
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in English
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
