Your main focus area

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Acquire and onboard new B2 clients.
  • Build long-term relationships and present Venipak services.
  • Negotiate offers and close commercial agreements.
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve growth targets.

We’re looking for someone who has

  •  Previous B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and independent work approach.
  • Good understanding of the Estonian market.
  • Languages: Estonian & English (Russian is a plus).
  • B-category driving license
