What You’ll Do
As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Technical Project Manager, who will be the key person responsible for welcoming new customers and integrating them into our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
- Help new customers to integrate Waybiller with their scale systems and ERP software;
- Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
- Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
- Help 3rd party developers to use Waybiller JSON REST API;
- Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding;
- Create documentation of the integration.
