Salary: 1800,- Euros / Gross + bonus opportunities
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, work in shifts, from 9 AM to 10 PM
Tasks:
The main task is to provide customer support and service via phone, email, social media, and other phone applications. Our team provides support in Hebrew and English, resolving customer inquiries related to the use of the streaming platform (the language in which the service will be provided depends on the language chosen by the customer who wishes to contact our support team).
You will be a great fit, if you,
Speak Hebrew fluently
Feel comfortable to switch to English language (B2 level, both written and verbal)
It would also be great if you already have experience in customer support — but if not, no worries, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
