Customer Support Representative

This role’s main responsibilities include:

• B2B customer order handling, insertion and local deliveries coordination
• Supporting existing wholesale customers with product data, administering their questions and database
• Managing customers’ claims and other topics by phone and e-mail
• Helping with English to Estonian marketing materials proofreads and minor translations
• Supporting Estonian Gardena sales team with consumer site management and sales activities preparations

Our expectations for a suitable candidate:

• Previous experience in customer support within a sales organisation
• A proactive and open attitude toward learning and using internal IT systems for warehousing and invoicing
• Good eye for details, a hands-on approach, good communication skills and open to change
• A very good level of Estonian and good level of English
• Both higher education and an interest in gardening tools and machines is an advantage
