1 Gas Pipeline Operator (Transmission System Operator) f/m

In this function you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of the pipeline operation via SCADA and the Pipeline Hydraulic Simulation System as well as to ensure compliance with gas transport nominations and design constraints. You will also liaise and coordinate with the upstream and downstream Pipeline Operators and Nord Stream’s Site Supervisors in Russia and Germany. For the purpose of comprehension of all operational activities you will participate in preventive emergency trainings with the relevant parties at Nord Stream’s landfall sites in Russia and Germany.

The following criteria are crucial to meet Nord Stream’s demands: Technical educational background (e.g. mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instruments etc.) Background in the oil/gas industry Fluency in English and Russian EU or Swiss citizen or Swiss work permit C 5 years experience in the operation of process control systems would be beneficial. Additional German language skills would be an asset.
